In an interview with América Hoy, Christopher Basteris indicated that he was surprised by the presentation of the ceviche at Nicolla Porcella’s restaurant that did not follow the existing parameters.

“There is a universal rule in gastronomy that you cannot place something that is not eaten on a plate, all chefs know that,” he remarked.
