A new list of fines for motorists has been introduced. Studded winter tires are prohibited from June to August, and summer tires are prohibited from December to February. In addition to off-season tires, the list was supplemented with malfunctions of the brake system, in which it is forbidden to drive the car: an inoperative parking brake, visible leakage of brake fluid, cracks and deformation of hoses, inoperative ABS. It will be enough for the inspector to see a burning ABS error warning light on the panel in order to issue a fine.
