Zacharie Mokemo, Chief of Staff to the Minister of Territorial Development, Infrastructure and Road Maintenance, installed on May 12 in Brazzaville, the new Director General of Territorial Development, Pierre Ngona who succeeds Antoine Gona.

“In the name of the Minister ofterritory Developmentinfrastructure and road maintenance, I am officially installing you in your position as director general of land use planning,” said Zacharie Mokemo, Chief of Staff to the Minister for Regional Planning. The returning director Peter Ngona During the handover session, expressed his gratitude to the authorities who set their sights on his person in the management of this ministerial sub-entity. “I solemnly express my gratitude to the President of the Republic, Head of State, who was kind enough to elevate me to this position, but also and above all to the Minister of Regional Planning, Jean-Jacques Bouya for the trust he has placed in me. The outgoing director general Antoine Goma, for his part, encouraged his former collaborators and congratulated the new manager of the said structure in the exercise of his task.
