The disaster appears to be of accidental origin. He broke out around 6:30 a.m. Sunday morning at number 11 Grand-rue in Arlon. An apartment building above the Pinocchio pizzeria.

The PIM plan activated
In view of the disaster, the PIM plan (Medical Intervention Plan) was triggered and 7 people were evacuated from the damaged apartment.
“Two people even had to be transported to Arlon hospital but it was more for a simple check,” the Arlon police zone tells us.
The mayor of Arlon, Vincent Magnus, was also warned of the facts at dawn on Sunday morning.
The firefighters were able to leave the scene around 9 a.m. and the affected people were able to return to their buildings during the morning.
