Pluxee: Ambitious Plans for Global Expansion and Market Leadership

DECRYPTION – On the occasion of its split, Sodexo’s employee benefits business reveals its ambitions. It plans to take advantage of a growing global market.

After years spent in the shadow of Sodexo, Pluxee is in the spotlight. On the occasion of its split, the former Sodexo Services Avantages & Récompenses, known for its meal vouchers and gift vouchers, brought together, for the first time in its existence, investors and financial analysts, this Wednesday in Paris. A first “capital market day” for this company, which plans its IPO on February 1st.

For years, Pluxee boosted Sodexo’s results. But since April 2023, the collective catering giant has explained that it will cut itself in two, “to create two pure players who are leaders in their markets”. After revenue growth of nearly 20% in the first quarter, Pluxee has set the bar high.

Positive results to be consolidated

“Today we reveal our strategy to support profitable growth in a large and expanding market (…)”, specifies Aurélien Sonet, general manager of Pluxee. From 2024 to 2026 annual growth is still expected to be double digits…
