VIVA National – Bareskrim Polri will summon the official ticket provider or seller for the Coldplay concert in Jakarta in the near future. The summons is related to the alleged fraud case of buying and selling Coldplay concert tickets that occurred recently.
“We will invite official ticket sales service providers to obtain information about the extent of the official ticket sales procedure,” said Karo Penmas of the Public Relations Division of the National Police, Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan in his statement, Friday, May 19, 2023.
Ramadhan said, the official Coldplay concert ticket service provider has a responsibility to socialize it to the wider community so they don’t become victims of fraud.

“The ticket selling service provider has a responsibility in terms of outreach to prospective buyers and provides an appeal so that people do not become victims of fraud,” he continued.
Furthermore, Ramadhan then appealed to the public to immediately report to Bareskrim Polri if they become victims of fraud buying and selling Coldplay concert tickets in Jakarta. He said Bareskrim Polri would thoroughly investigate the Coldplay concert ticket fraud case.
“We urge that if there are people who are victims, they can immediately make an official report so that it is handled optimally,” said Ramadhan.
