Pomme de Pain is launching the “on demand” sandwich experience – each sandwich, hot or cold, is freshly prepared right in front of the customer. For this project, the designers of Market Value dramatized the preparation with a large glazed counter where the “sandwich brigade” is busy. The order is delivered to the customer via the aubergine-coloured “sandwich pass”. The new identity, which revisits the O to evoke “the shape of the sandwich”, is completed by a palette of colors reminiscent of certain ingredients (comté yellow, ham pink, salad green, etc.). For this new concept, located at Place Marcel Sembat in Boulogne-Billancourt, Pomme de Pain has obtained LEED certification (leadership in energy and environmental design).
