Portuguese coach Carlos Queiroz announced his departure from coaching the Pharaohs after losing the dream of qualifying for the Qatar World Cup 2022. Queiroz said through his official account on the social networking site “Twitter” on Tuesday evening: “The dream is over .. We are doing our best, but all of that was not enough.” .
He explained, “It has been a privilege for me to work and have the help of such dedicated professionals and wonderful friends, I am very proud of you guys.
My best wishes and great gratitude to all Egyptian fans.”
