Tiruppur: Power hitters emerged champions in the second ODI Cricket League match organized by Tirupur Kerala Friends Club (TKFC). Tirumuruganpoondi S.K.L. The match was held in the school grounds. Power Hitters led by Naushad Rapper won the title by defeating Shafiq Kumbla-led United Kopa by eight wickets in the final. Bashir Sona was adjudged Man of the Match. Nasser was chosen as the best batsman of the tournament, Naushad Rapper as the best bowler, Rashi as the best wicket keeper and Shuhaib as the best fielder. The prize was distributed in the closing ceremony presided over by Club President Nishad.
