Authorizing His Highness the President of the Islamic University – or his representative – to negotiate with the Organization of Islamic Cooperation regarding a draft memorandum of understanding between the Islamic University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, sign it, and then submit the final signed copy, to complete the legal procedures.

Approval of a memorandum of understanding between the Saline Water Conversion Corporation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ufa State University of Petroleum Technology in the Russian Federation for cooperation in the field of desalination technologies and the operation and maintenance of pipelines.
