Our prediction: Benfica win at Midtjylland (1.72)
Last Tuesday the safe bet was Benfica beat Midtylland and over 1.5 goals in the game. Winning bet since the Portuguese showed their superiority and largely won (4-1) against the Danes. Even if they don’t need a victory in Herning, for me they are quite capable of repeating the coup in Lisbon. Before winning 4-0 against Arouca at the opening of the championship, the Eagles had won all their preparation matches… and with style (2-0 against Reading, 3-0 against Nice, 5-1 against Fulham, 4 -2 vs Girona and 3-2 vs Newcastle). In order to keep this momentum, I see Benfica confirming in Denmark tonight, especially against a team far from their best level since they have won only one out of four meetings in the Superligaen!
