Concerns about a nuclear emergency in eastern Ukraine are growing. Europe’s largest nuclear power plant in the embattled region of Zaporizhia came under fire twice over the weekend, including damage to a dry storage facility for spent fuel elements. Both sides blamed each other for the attacks on the facility, which has been controlled by Russian troops since March.
