PS App update that enables screen sharing interaction

Today, we are pleased to launch a new PS5 system software update globally, which brings many convenient enhancements and new features, including DualSense controller sound enhancement, screen sharing interactive function, and PS5 console power indicator brightness adjustment. Let’s take a closer look:
DualSense wireless controller’s built-in microphone and speaker sound enhancement
- We have updated the device software of the DualSense and DualSense Edge wireless controllers to improve their sound capabilities.
- The controller speaker is enhanced.The controller speakers now output higher volume sounds, allowing you to hear in-game sounds and voice chat audio more clearly.
- Improved noise cancellation.Thanks to new AI machine learning models, these controllers have improved microphone input quality. Background noise from button presses and game sounds has been suppressed, providing a better voice chat experience. Install the system software and update the controller installation software to enjoy clearer voice chat audio when using the controller’s microphone.
- With this update, you may experience your controller speakers becoming louder. You can adjust the volume of the controller speaker from Control Center.
Screen sharing interaction
- Players viewing screen sharing in full screen mode can nowInteract with the host’s game using indicators and emoji responses.
- Viewers can move the pointer around, sending markers or drawing lines on the shared screen, allowing them to focus on specific objects or areas to more accurately guide the host player.
- Viewers can send emoji-type responses to the host’s screen to visually encourage and celebrate in-game actions.
- Note: This feature is on by default, but can be turned off by the host in the screen sharing settings.
- Later this month, we will roll out an update to the PlayStation App so viewers can enjoy these interactive features on iOS and Android as well.
Adjust the brightness of the PS5 power indicator
- You can now adjust the brightness of the PS5 console’s power indicator light.
- Go to[設定] > [系統] > [嗶聲與燈光]then select[亮度]。
