PSG’s Defeat Against Nice: A Surprising Turn in Ligue 1 Dominance

2023-09-15 21:10:00

After two consecutive victories, PSG stalled once more in Ligue 1. Terem Moffi, formerly of KV Kortrijk, allowed Nice to take three points at the Parc des Princes.

The 5th day of Ligue 1 started with a surprise. Paris Saint-Germain lost (2-3) at home once morest OGC Nice, conceding its first defeat of the season. Marco Verratti’s farewell to the Parc des Princes did not inspire his now ex-teammates.

The man of the match is Hall Moffi : the Nigerian striker who passed through Courtrai scored twice and also assisted on Laborde’s 1-2 in the 52nd minute of play. Gaëtan Laborde returned the favor in the 68th minute to make the break (1 -3).

Kylian Mbappé, on the Parisian side, did what he might, scoring an insufficient double, the 2-3 falling in the 87th minute of play. With this result, PSG should fall from the podium, and can see Monaco take a little ahead of the lead in the championship.
