Towards compulsory vaccination against Omicron
Cases of Covid-19 are on the rise again across the Rhine. Chancellor Olaf Scholz has announced that from January 15, customers of restaurants and cafes will have to present a negative test the same day, in addition to a certificate of vaccination or cure. The only exception: those who have received three doses. The compulsory vaccination announced for “early March” by the new government could however be introduced a little later. The reason ? “A tight schedule in the Bundestag” and the fact that the “Federal Council, which must approve the law, will not meet again until April 8”, notes the site of the chain ARD.
