The issuer owned by Raam Punjabi, PT Tripar Multivision Plus Tbk (RAAM) will acquire 30% of the shares in PT Bersatu Universe Digital Indonesia (B-Universe). B-Universe was formerly Berisatu Media Holdings.
B-Universe manages a number of media including BTV, Investor Daily, Investor Magazine, Investor.id, Jakarta Globe and Beritasatu.com.
The plan to acquire 30% of B-Universe shares was conveyed by RAAM in the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) information disclosure.
“Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) regarding the Plan to Acquisition 30% of the Shares of PT Bersatu Universe Digital Indonesia (B-Universe),” said RAAM Corporate Secretary, Sugiri in a description of information or material facts in the information disclosure, quoted, Friday (22/9/2023) .
Quoted from RTI, RAAM shares were at the level of IDR 685 per share this afternoon. RAAM shares fell IDR 5 or 0.72%.
RAAM shares move in two zones. The shares opened at Rp. 690 today. Then, the shares moved between the level of IDR 675 to IDR 695 per share.
The shares traded were 3.46 million shares with a transaction value of IDR 2.36 billion. RAAM shares were traded 623 times.
