Puente Tarata case: three involved made themselves available to the Judiciary

They are part of the 11 people against whom the Judiciary issued a preliminary arrest warrant for ten days, following the request of the Public Ministry.

All of them, investigated for alleged influence peddling and others, would later go through legal medicine and finally remain at the disposal of the office of the provincial prosecutor Karla Zecenarro Monge, in charge of the Fifth Office of the Second Corporate Prosecutor’s Office for Corruption of Lima Officials. .

The prosecutor’s investigation

The arrests take place after the prosecutor Karla Zecenarro opened an investigation against Bruno Pacheco and Karelim López for allegedly having pressured Provías Nacional to grant the tender to the Tarata III Bridge Consortium.
