Meanwhile, last-minute sales will begin ahead of the World Cup kickoff with more tickets available for those who are yet to purchase tickets.

No further information has been released in this regard. Earlier, FIFA announced that 30 lakh tickets will be allocated for fans in three phases. Canada, England, France, Germany, India, Saudi Arabia, Spain, UAE and America are the top ten countries for tickets.

Fans who have purchased tickets must also apply for a fan ID, Haya Card. Foreign fans should apply for Haya card after ensuring their stay. This will also enable them to enter Qatar during the World Cup. Tickets are available through the link www.fifa.com/tickets.
