It is one of the best types of dates because it contains natural sugars as well as a small percentage of the glycemic index, which is the glycemic index after eating foods. Research conducted on Medjool dates also found that it maintains blood sugar levels, as one of the Medjool dates contains a large size. It contains 55 calories, 15 grams of carbohydrates and 1.5 grams of dietary fiber.

4- Cottage cheese and tomatoes

Rich in dietary fiber and low in calories, apple slices dipped in a spoonful of peanut butter help reduce the risk of high blood sugar levels, as this meal contains a powerful antioxidant flavonoids, which also protects against complications of diseases.
