Officials of the Investigations, Scientific, Penal and Criminalistics Corps (Cicpc), attached to the Coordination of Investigations of Crimes Against People Trujillo, arrested a fiftieth-year-old for touching the intimate parts of his niece.

The arrest took place in the San Isidro sector, Chiquinquirá parish in the state of Trujillo and was placed under the order of the Ninth Prosecutor of the Public Ministry.
