Quod selects IT professionals aged 50 and over

With the aim of expanding the workforce with more diversity, Quod, data intelligence companies and one of the managers of the Positive Registry, opens new exclusive vacancies for candidates aged 50 or over (including PCDs) to work in various areas of IT, with greater emphasis on data systems. The positions cover all hierarchical levels, from analysts to coordinators and managers.

Currently, Quod has 17 employees aged 50 or over. In addition to experience, another advantage of these professionals, in the company’s assessment, is the desire for stability. In an area of ​​high labor turnover, such as IT, employees with a 50+ profile prefer to maintain a long-term employment relationship.

“Our recruiting program is responsible for integrating talents into Quod who often find it difficult to re-enter the job market due to their age. However, we know that professionals with this profile bring an important baggage of knowledge that can be shared with younger employees, enabling an important exchange of ideas”, explains Priscila Serpa, director of People and Culture Management at Quod.

Candidates must have a university degree in statistics, mathematics or engineering, knowledge in the programming language R, SQL, Python and ETL, as well as a willingness to develop in the company’s data team.

The vacancies offered are for the state of São Paulo and the work model is hybrid, with face-to-face activities at the company’s office in Barueri.
