Nearly 30 partner companies were present at the Show to offer “speed recruiting” sessions for the benefit of students and winners, enabling them to find an internship or job that meets their aspirations.
It is also a matter of helping these students to benefit from professional experiences, constituting one of the evaluation criteria for the validation of the academic year or the delivery of diplomas, as well as of offering them the opportunity to discuss it directly with the managers of the participating companies.
This Show is part of RBS’s efforts to enable companies to offer future winners interviews for pre-employment internships or even job opportunities for those of them who will soon graduate. Beyond being obligatory for students, this event also allows them to make themselves known to potential future employers.
