Raclette, tomme… Massive recall of cheeses throughout France, suspected of containing listeria

The products concerned were marketed between October 1, 2022 and February 4, 2023, everywhere in France, in large and medium-sized stores, creameries, cheese shops and other small businesses. A first recall of cheese for the Société laitière de Vichy brand had already been launched on February 2. The full list of affected batches is available at this page of the Rappel-Conso site.

Up to eight weeks of incubation

“People who have consumed it and who have a fever, isolated or accompanied by headaches, and body aches, are invited to consult their doctor, notifying him of this consumption”, specify the health authorities. Incubation times for listeriosis can be up to eight weeks.
