A prime 5.25-acre land parcel in Hyderabad’s Raidurg corridor has fetched ₹264 crore per acre during an e-auction conducted by the Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC), according to reports from Hyderabad Mail. The transaction for Plot No. P1 generated ₹1,386 crore for the state agency, surpassing its initial reserve price of ₹175 crore by a 51% premium.
Decoding the TGIIC E-Auction
The August 21, 2026 auction marks a significant escalation in land valuation across Hyderabad’s premier commercial corridors. TGIIC utilized the MSTC e-Auction platform for the sale, with JLL serving as the exclusive transaction adviser, as noted by The Hindu BusinessLine. This latest result outpaces TGIIC’s previous Raidurg auction in May 2026, when a 6.29-acre parcel fetched ₹237 crore per acre and brought in approximately ₹1,490.73 crore.
The trajectory of prime urban real estate in this zone has climbed. Back in October 2025, parcels in the corridor were commanding ₹177 crore per acre. The result demonstrates competition for scarce premium development land among national developers who are willing to pay for strategic development parcels near the city’s IT hub.

“The successful outcome of the Plot P1 auction speaks volumes about the confidence and conviction that the developer community places in Telangana’s future,” Shashanka stated.
