New Delhi: Rajnath Singh is the most acceptable defense minister in Narendra Modi’s cabinet at the Center, according to a survey. Rajnath came first in the AANS-C voter survey conducted among NDA voters and non-NDA voters on the occasion of the completion of 8 years of the Modi-led NDA government.
Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari is in second place. Union Home Minister Amit Shah and External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar are in the third position. While Amit Shah is popular among the BJP, S Jaishankar is popular among those in opposition politics.
According to the survey, Smriti Irani, the Minister for Women and Child Development, is among the Scheduled Castes, Rajnath Singh is the leader among the Hindu, Muslim and Sikh communities, Nitin Gadkari is the Christian Minister and Gajendra Singh Shekhawat is the Water Minister among housewives.
