The foreign media reported on the 27th (local time) that a bug in which the device randomly restarts while charging occurs in some models of Apple’s latest ▲ iPhone 14 Pro ▲ iPhone 14 Pro Max.
Reportedly, some iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max users have reported to the online community Reddit that their device restarts intermittently when charging via Magsafe or Lightning port.
One user with an iPhone 14 Pro Max with iOS 16.0.1 said that it restarts every 10 to 20 minutes while charging, while another user visited Apple’s Genius Bar to change the device, but the same thing happens.
Some users claim that disabling the app’s background updates can temporarily solve the problem, but no definitive solution has been found yet. It is not yet known whether this problem has been fixed in the iOS 16.1 beta 3 beta released by Apple.
On the other hand, in the iPhone 14 series, there are also reports of excessive battery consumption after installing iOS 16.
