According to Shams the Brazilian playmaker Raul Neto will commit to the Cavaliers. It will be for a minimum of one year.
He will bring depth to the lead as Ricky Rubio will be in the infirmary at the start of the season.
Last season at the Wizards he had a fairly important role in the rotation of Wes Unseld Jr. with 19.6 minutes of playing time. He had 7.5 points, 1.9 rebounds and 3.1 assists
