In the previous chapter, the scientist Vegapunk was known to be Admiral Kizaru’s deadly target. Vegapunk fell to the ground, Sanji, who was ordered by Monkey D Luffy to save him, had to immediately take him to the edge of Egghead Island.
On the way, Vegapunk behaved strangely. As if he was approaching death, he suddenly acted like it was his last moment on earth. That moment happened.

In the fight, Luffy dodges all of Saturn’s attacks. He was really annoyed because his attack earlier had no effect on him at all.
The Gorosei tell Saturn to hurry up, they don’t have time. Saturn knew, then, he would have summoned the four of you now. He touched his hand to the ground and a circle of magic stars appeared just like when he first appeared.
Sanji saw that and panicked. Then 4 large black flames appeared there and the other four planets will appear in Egghead in the next chapter.
