Mr. Bui Quang Anh Vu, General Director of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company (stock code: PDR) was born in 1975, age of At Mao, is currently the General Director cum Member of the Board of Directors of Phat Dat.
This businessman was introduced to join the company in 2014 as Investment Director, Deputy General Director in charge of investment. From April 20220, Mr. Vu was appointed to the position of General Director.
Before Phat Dat, Mr. Vu worked at Vietnam National Aviation Company, Hoang Hac Joint Stock Company, Thanh Cong Securities Joint Stock Company, Phuong Phat Company.
Mr. Bui Quang Anh Vu is the first General Director of Phat Dat after many years in which this position is concurrently held by Chairman Nguyen Van Dat.

General Director Tran Anh Duc of Song Da Industrial Park and Urban Development Investment Joint Stock Company (Sudico – stock code: SJS) was born in 1975, age of At Mao. In addition to the position of General Director of Sudico, Mr. Duc is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Song Da 5 Joint Stock Company (stock code: SD5).
Mr. Tran Anh Duc is a construction engineer. Since 1997, Mr. Duc joined the design survey consulting company – Song Da Corporation as a technical manager. Similarly, General Director Pham Thi Nguyen Thanh of Dat Xanh Real Estate Services Joint Stock Company (Dat Xanh Services, stock code: DXS) was also born in 1975, at the age of the Rabbit.
Ms. Nguyen Thanh was introduced as an MBA graduate from CFVG and holds the position of General Director of Dat Xanh Services since October 18, 2021.
This female General Director has more than 20 years of management and administration experience spanning many industries, especially in the real estate sector.
