Pope Francis’ Twitter message calling to recognize the heartbeats of mother hearts, nature and God.

Pope Francis told us to wait for the heartbeats of mothers, grandmothers, nature, God and ourselves. On the occasion of the “Time of Creation” initiative for nature conservation from September 1 to 4, the Holy Father called to find time to listen to the heartbeats of this earth.

“Let us listen to these heartbeats in this “time of creation” that begins tomorrow: ours, our mothers’, our grandmothers’, the heartbeats of creation and God,” the Holy Father wrote on Twitter.

EN: In this #TimeOfCreation, which begins tomorrow, let us dwell on these heartbeats: ours, that of our mothers and grandmothers, the heartbeat of creation and of God’s heart.

EN: In this #SeasonofCreation, which begins tomorrow, let us think about these heartbeats: our own, those of our mothers and grandmothers, the heartbeat of creation and of God’s heart.

Papa’s message was accompanied by the hashtag “Season of Creation” (#SeasonofCreation).

The Pope’s message came as part of encouraging efforts to maintain the balance of our common home, the Earth, in the “Time of Creation.”

In 1989, Ecumenical Patriarch Dimitrios I set aside September 1 as a day of prayer for nature. Later, according to the Global Advisory Council of Churches, it was extended to September 1 to 4.

In 2015, Pope Francis adopted this initiative into the Catholic Church.

With more than 5 crore Twitter followers, Papa’s Twitter messages are available in 9 languages: Standard, Arabic, Latin, German, Italian, English, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese, French.
