The journalist, lawyer, constituent of 1999 and trade union leader Alberto Jordan Hernandezdied this Wednesday, August 23 in the state of Aragua.

He was one of the editors of the current Constitution of Venezuelathat of 1999, by winning a seat for the state of Aragua.
