Barcelona midfielder Frankie de Jong’s future is still undecided, as the Catalan club’s administration is studying many solutions at the present time in order to reach a final solution before the start of the new season.
And the network “ESPN” reported that Barcelona club is currently inclined to sell the Dutchman to the English team Manchester United, in order to achieve the greatest benefit in financial terms, in addition to recording the new deals that the club settled during the last period.
The network indicated that Barcelona and Manchester United had agreed to pay a fee to Frenkie de Jong, but the club’s sources admitted that there were major complications in concluding the deal due to the midfielder’s desire to stay in Barcelona.
For his part, Barcelona suggested that Frankie de Jong reduce his salary, or leave on loan until the end of next season, in order to get rid of the salary burden to record deals, which was also strongly rejected by the Dutch player’s agent.
