He ended up with a retirement salary that was not enough to support his daily living, and a wife and three children.”

He said: “In light of this bitter reality, the client had no way to support him and his family other than renting a residential apartment owned by him and his wife in the Sidon region, where the tenants deliberately did not pay the rent, until it was agreed with them to exempt them from the two-month allowance in exchange for them leaving the apartment and handing it over to the client. The matter is Which did not happen as a result of their breaking their promises and their stubbornness in staying in the apartment without paying rent.”

He pointed out that “the client deplored the brutal way he was treated during his arrest and the accompanying beatings, dragging, and insults in full view of all the residents of the region, which constitutes an insult to all security sectors and the sacrifices he did not hesitate to make for the sake of the nation and the citizens.”

He pointed out that “the client confirms that he is relying on what the competent judiciary decides in this case and in the lawsuit that he intends to file against the tenants, since their occupation of his apartment has become without legal justification, noting that he is still detained pending investigation.”
