Installed in 2018 a few steps from the Mons pedestrian area, the wedding dress store has met with great success. It had been 20 years since such a business no longer existed in Mons!

And yet, five years later, the adventure has already come to an end for “Dream of Lace”. “It is with immense sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the cessation of our activities and the upcoming closure of Rêve de Dentelle. As you probably know, Rêve de Dentelle is a very small family business and the declining health of one of the managers forces us, to our great regret, to put an end to this great adventure, ”announces the store.
An abbreviated adventure that nevertheless leaves room for a lot of gratitude. “We have met hundreds of lovely customers over these 5 years, thank you to them for their trust, their enthusiasm, their smiles, their warm testimonials… It was a pleasure to sublimate each of you and we will keep it for a long time in memory of these beautiful moments spent by your side. »
Despite everything, there is still a slight hope in the store. “Unless people or companies come forward to take over the shop, it will close its doors by the end of 2023 at the latest.”

If you purchased/ordered a dress from the store, the store will contact you to let you know what happens next. “For our 2023 and 2024 brides, we are in the process of contacting all our clients, this is being done gradually in chronological order of wedding date. If you haven’t been contacted yet, don’t worry, this is normal since the list of future brides is long! In the meantime, you can of course call us for more information,” concludes the brand.
