After the first phase was completed in 2003, a second phase was carried out on the land adjoining the Parc à Mitrailles, the imposing building in the center of the photo. This new district has already more than taken shape on the site of the old factories.

The Henricot factories were active from 1847 to 1984. Émile Henricot became its owner in 1885. In the 1950s, around 2,700 people were employed in the Saint-Etienne factories.

The popular foyer, built in 1913 on the initiative of Paul Henricot for the recreation of the workers of his factory, has been preserved. It now houses the cultural center of Walloon Brabant. It is located behind the Parc à Mitrailles – now a 3,200 m2 event hall called PAMexpo – in this photo.
