Artis Rezky Aditya underwent an examination at Polda Metro Jaya regarding the reporting of an exciting video that was said to look like himself being spread on social media (medsos). Rezky Aditya’s attorney, Irwan Irawan, confirmed that the male actor in the video was his client.
“Yes, he is (the man in the video),” said Rezky Aditya’s attorney, Irwan Irawan, when contacted, Tuesday (16/5/2023). Irwan confirmed that the male actor in the exciting video was Rezky Aditya.
However, Irwan emphasized that his client was not involved in spreading the exciting video. Rezky, continued Irwan, admitted that he had done it video call with a Russian woman in 2017. He didn’t even know that his actions were being filmed until the video went viral.
“As for in 2017, there was an event he did video call equals a person with a citizen of Russia. He does not realize that the video was recorded by this interlocutor,” he said.
“He said that he had never made it at all. And indeed when he communicated, he was recorded,” he added.
In this case, his party asked Polda Metro Jaya investigators to find out who uploaded and distributed the video. In addition, he ensures that his client will cooperate and follow the existing legal process.
“Definitely we will ask for it (the spreader to be investigated). We will ask to investigate the extent of the process. Because he feels that he is a victim, so we ask investigators to see this matter in its entirety. And find out who uploaded this,” he concluded.
Searched 22 Questions
This afternoon, Rezky Aditya was asked 22 questions while undergoing questioning at Polda Metro Jaya. Examination regarding the report of an ustadz named Julliana with number LP/B/215/I/2023/SPKT POLDA METRO JAYA.
“So the clarification of the report concerns a report reported by a member of the public. That alone was given 22 questions,” said Rezky Aditya’s attorney, Irwan Irawan, to journalists, Tuesday (16/5/2023).
Irwan said that Rezky Aditya had made initial clarifications regarding the report submitted to him.
“We have tried to clarify this to the investigators. Regarding the spread of criminal acts of pornography with that content, that’s all that was conveyed,” he said.
When asked, Rezky said the reports that were filed interfered with his work. Then, when asked about the case, he did not comment much. He handed over the legal process to the police.
“Yes we have follow just the process. Not bad (work was disrupted due to reporting),” said Rezky briefly.
