through the program National Own House-Build Future the Institute for Housing Planning and Promotion (IPPV) will tender 281 homes in five locations in Río Negro. They will be intended for Río Colorado with 36 units, 30 for Darwin and Luis Beltrán, 35 for Cipolletti and 150 for Villa Regina.
When is the public tender for housing
As reported by the provincial body, lThe opening of envelopes for public tenders will take place at the IPPV headquarters, in Viedma, on February 7. In Cipolletti, it will be held at the Cultural Center of the same city, on February 8. Both will be from 11.
The duration periods of the works will be 365 calendar days for Cipolletti and of 240 days for the other cities.
Notably these works are part of the actions implemented with Financing and assistance from the National State through the Secretary of Habitat of the Ministry of Territorial Development and Habitat of the Nation.
