Last week, Famitsu magazine revealed that River City Girls 2 will be released in Japan on December 1, 2022. Many wondered if this meant there would be a similar delay for the rest of the world. Unfortunately, it seems that is the case.
WayForward announced on Twitter that River City Girls 2 will be released in Europe and North America a little later than expected, in late summer 2022. No specific date has been given, so we’re not sure if that means we’ll also have the game on December 1 or if we can hope for an earlier release. WayForward also shared new cover art for the game, which you can see below.
