Lexi Nair now has Tony Deppen to interview him about his upcoming ROH Television Championship match against Samoa Joe next week. Might work with an STF or a crossface chicken wing, he mentions as he reads his notes.

2. Match
Tag Team Match
The Kingdom (Matt Taven & Mike Bennett w/ Maria Kanellis) won against The Infantry (Shawn Dean & Charlie Bravo) via pinfall by Mike Kanellis and Charlie Bravo after the Proton Pack.

Next up is the NJPW World TV Championship match between Zack Saber Jr. and Blake Christian, for which we get to see a promo video.

Backstage we see Konosuke Takeshita, Mark Sterling & Ari Daivari at Lexi Nair. Takeshita is later set to face Josh Woods, which Sterling doesn’t seem to like. Sterling makes an offer to Takeshita, asking Takeshita to refuse the match. In return, the two opponents would split the victory bonus almost equally. However, Takeshita is not interested in the offer because he takes the contract and tears it up. The match still stands.

We see the Fallen Angel Christopher Daniels, who also wants to get started with this attempt at Ring of Honor. He can already lay the starting signal for this in the next match.

4. Match
Singles Match
Christopher Daniels defeated Rohit Raju (w/ Jora Johl) via pinfall after the Best Moonsault Ever.
Match time: 5:00

Now we see Rhett Titus and “Hotsauce” Tracey Williams interviewing. Both just want to be here at Ring of Honor and are ready to bring honor back to Ring of Honor. That makes Aussie Open join them. The two issue a challenge to the former Foundation, which these two accept without hesitation. So next week we get to see Aussie Open vs Rhett Titus & Tracey Williams.

5. Match

Konosuke Takeshita defeated Josh Woods (w/ Mark Sterling) via pinfall after Wheelbarrow German Suplex.
Match time: 10:22

Ring Of Honor World Champion Claudio Castagnoli is now being interviewed as well. He’s asked how he handles the pressure of being a champion. Claudio is handling the pressure well and is confident of defending his title against AR Fox today. In German, he makes it unmistakably clear to Fox that he is the final boss.

6. Match
Six Man Tag Team Non-Title Match
The Embassy (Brian Cage, Kaun & Toa Liona w/ Prince Nana) defeated LSG, Rex Lawless & Joe Keys via pinfall after an assisted powerbomb.

7. Match
Singles Match
Ari Daivari (w/ Slim J & Smart Mark Sterling) defeated Metalik via pinfall after the In Trust We Bust.
Match time: 7:25
– While Sterling distracted the ref, Slim J held on to Metalik, but Daivari’s clothesline didn’t find its target.

Meanwhile, AR Fox is also available for an interview and is asked about his match against Claudio Castagnoli. He talks about being rejected from Ring of Honor early in his career because he might have been considered too bad. He’s been busting his ass year after year since and is here to headline the first show of ROH’s new era. He didn’t want to let this chance slip through his fingers.

8. Match
Tag Team Match
Skye Blue & Madison Rayne win against The Renegade Twins (Charlette Renegade & Robyn Renegade) via pinfall by Skye Blue and Charlette Renegade after Skye’s fall.
Match time: 6:26

Next week we get to see Dalton Castle, which we are promised in a vignette.

Ian Riccabone stands by in the ring and calls out his guest, ROH Pure Champion Wheeler Yuta. He questions Yuta about tonight’s main event and refers to Yuta as the “junior member” of Blackpool Combat Club. Yuta doesn’t like the latter at all. He makes it clear that he is not and that he did not become champion by accident. Yuta talks about being free next week, which is why he issues an open challenge. This is answered and accepted by none other than Timothy Thatcher.

9. Match
Singles Match
Willow Nightingale defeated Lady Frost via pinfall after Babe with the Powerbomb.
Match time: 4:33

Ian Riccabone is ready for the upcoming interview after he starts dancing with Willow. He asks Nightingale what’s next for her. This states that it has not only been with Ring of Honor since yesterday. Having already racked up a few wins under the Ring of Honor banner, she feels capable of challenging ROH Women’s Champion Athena. She then comes on stage to congratulate Willow and to comment on the challenge. As a fighting champion, accept them. However, should she defend her title, she knows for sure that Willow was just lucky to have ended up in Athena’s division.

10. Match
ROH World Championship
Singles Match
Claudio Castagnoli (c) defeated AR Fox via pinfall after a springboard action was countered into an uppercut.
Match time: 15:37

Eddie Kingston comes out after the match and says he promised Jon Moxley not to spank Claudio Castagnoli at AEW. But since he’s an independent contractor and this is Ring of Honor, he decided to challenge the Swiss. Claudio Castagnoli just laughs and leaves the ring. With these pictures today’s show goes off air.
