Rohit disappointed, Virat Kohli at the crease; India got off to a good start against Sri Lanka

Mohali: India got off to a shaky start in the first Test against Sri Lanka (IND vs SL). India won the toss and elected to bat, scoring 109 for two at lunch on the first day. Virat Kohli, who is playing his 100th Test, and Hanuma Vihari, 30, who finished third, are at the crease. India lost wickets of Rohit Sharma (29) and Mayank Agarwal (33) for their Test debut. Lahiru Kumara and Lasith Embuldenia took the wickets.

Rohit’s shot unnecessarily

Rohit Sharma disappointed in his first Test as captain. Rohit got off to a great start. Six boundaries were confident.
