Ronaldo continues to miss Manchester United training

Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo has continued to miss the pre-season preparation period with his Manchester United football club, while his club insists that the player is not for sale.

And the British news agency (BA Media) reported that news of the 37-year-old’s desire to leave Old Trafford had spread recently, following a disappointing season for the team that Ronaldo returned to following playing in his ranks and achieving Achievements between 2003 and 2009.

Ronaldo provided a clarification when he missed the team’s training last Monday, as this was the first session in which the new Dutch coach, Eric Ten Hag, received the players at the team’s training center before the start of the pre-season period.

The club accepted Ronaldo’s clarification because of “family affairs” that prevented him from reporting his absence from training, and the club is still dealing in the same way with the player’s absence for days until today, Thursday.

It is not known if Ronaldo will be on the plane that will take coach Ten Hag’s team to Thailand on Friday, where the team will start the pre-season tour, but Manchester United confirmed that he will be in the squad for this season.

After repeatedly emphasizing in the past weeks that Ronaldo might not be sold, and the club insisted on its position, there was no change in it amid reports that the club wanted to sell the Portuguese player.

It seems that the former Real Madrid striker, who receives high wages, represents a crisis for the club, at a time when (PA Media) revealed the increasing interest of Chelsea in his inclusion.

Ronaldo, the fan of the fans, returned to Old Trafford last summer from Juventus, in a deal worth 23 million pounds ($23.5 million).
