It is a third place dedicated to exchanges, discovery and the practice of artistic activities. The latter will occupy an area of approximately 8,000 square meters and will be called DATA for Domaine d’Activités Trans-Artistique. Led by the two Rouennais Stéphane Maunier and Manuel Chesneau, this project aims to promote culture and artistic creation, considered as pillars of territorial development. Its total cost is estimated at nearly 20 million euros.
