The Russian Defense Ministry said on Thursday that its air force had shot down two Ukrainian fighter jets and destroyed a group of US-made M777 howitzers in eastern Ukraine.
There was also an attack on the city center of “Venezia” in western Ukraine.
In turn, the city of Mykolaiv in southern Ukraine was bombarded with missiles during the night, according to an official source.
Yesterday, Wednesday, the Russian army also reported the bombing of an ammunition depot and military vehicles in the Donetsk and Zaporizhia regions.
