Air strike sirens sounded across the Ukrainian capital Kiiu.
This morning, the Russian army conducted another massive airstrike on Kiieu after 38 days.
The airstrikes are said to have been concentrated in the Darnitsky and Dniprosky districts, from downtown Kiiu to the outskirts of the southeast.
Kiiu Mayor Vitali Klicichko reported the local situation in real time through social media, saying, “There were several explosions” and “One victim was injured and taken to the hospital, and authorities are working on it at the scene.”
After unsuccessful advances in the north, including Kiiu, the Russian army has concentrated its attacks in the eastern and southern regions.

“I’m so scared. There’s no roof, everyone’s gone, there’s nowhere to turn to.”
In particular, as fierce fighting continues on the front line in the Eastern Donbas region, the number of civilian casualties is also increasing significantly.

“As a result of continuous air strikes and artillery rocket attacks, by this morning there are already 2,503 Russian missiles of various types used in Ukraine.”
In this situation, the reason that the Russian army conducted another air strike on Kiiu is interpreted as an attempt to show that they have the military strength and will to attack the capital at any time.
The Russian Defense Ministry has officially announced that the airstrikes have bombarded weapons supplied by European countries.
“The Russian Aerospace Forces have destroyed T-72 tanks and armored vehicles supplied by Eastern European countries with high-precision, long-range missiles,” a defense ministry spokesperson said.
