[29日 ロイター] – Russia has transported anti-aircraft artillery from the S-300 surface-to-air missile system from Syria to a Russian port near Crimea, according to an Israeli satellite imaging company. It is believed that it is intended to strengthen the air defense network in the Ukraine war.
Satellite imagery showed parts of anti-aircraft guns in the Syrian port of Tartus from Aug. 12-17, but they were gone by Aug. 20. It was loaded onto a Russian ship and headed for the Russian port of Novorossiysk, according to a satellite imaging company.
According to Refinitiv data, the Russian vessel has already arrived at the port of Novorossiysk after transiting Turkey’s Dardanelles.
The Russian Defense Ministry declined to comment.
