Separately, US Deputy Secretary of State Sherman said Russia is showing positive signs of proceeding with concrete talks on a ceasefire in Ukraine.

“We do not make any concessions in principle. Russia now understands this. Russia has already begun to speak constructively,” Ukrainian negotiator Adviser Podryak said in a video posted on the Internet. Stated.
