Kirby emphasized that the Biden administration does not want to use any American-made equipment to attack Russian territory.


Lavrov and his Chinese counterpart

On the other hand, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that the United States is wrong in believing that its presence in the Atlantic Ocean will help it maintain its presence in the face of the threat of a third world war.

Lavrov also discussed with the Chinese envoy for Eurasian affairs, Li Hui, prospects for settling the conflict in Ukraine.
