Toronto’s Ryu Hyun-jin broke the team’s 3-game losing streak by winning his 3rd season.

Ryu Hyun-jin started the home game against Cleveland today (27th) and scored 2 earned runs on 3 runs in 5 innings, and the team also won 8-3 and became the winning pitcher. He gave up four hits, including two one-run home runs, but allowed no walks and struck out five.

Ryu Hyun-jin, who returned this month after undergoing elbow ligament joint surgery last year, made 5 appearances this year and recorded 3 wins and 1 loss. He especially went on a three-game winning streak with a win today.

Ryu Hyun-jin’s season ERA went up slightly from 1.89 to 2.25, but it’s still good.

He threw 70 pitches, 49 of which were strikes. The highest speed of the fastball was only 146 km per hour, but he threw 13 curveballs with a large drop and 19 changeups to attack the Cleveland lineup.

Ryu Hyun-jin gave only 2 points until the 5th inning and went to the mound in the 6th inning, so the Toronto infielder was disappointed. With two mistakes in a row, he was in danger of being loaded safely, and Ryu Hyun-jin eventually came down from the mound.

Garcia, who came up afterward, gave up a point by pushing off with a ball that fit the body, but it was an unclaimed point due to an earlier mistake.
