The manufacturer showed the test results of the Rocket X5 2 TB drive in the CrystalDiskMark 8.0.4 utility. The novelty has reached a sequential read speed of 14,179 MB / s. The sequential write speed, in turn, was 12,280 MB / s. The performance figures for random reads and writes of 4K data blocks were also high. The novelty will be equipped with an active cooling system, consisting of an aluminum radiator and a compact fan, which will definitely create additional noise in the PC. The cost of Sabrent Rocket X5 drives is not yet known, as is information on when they will go on sale.
