SAT extension four concepts of taxpayer obligations

Chihuahua.— The Tax Administration Service extended various taxpayer obligations to 2023, reported the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants.

One of the four concepts that were subject to extension was electronic invoicing, whose obligation would enter into force until April 1 of the following year, according to a provision published in the Official Gazette of the Federation.

Meanwhile, the CFDI Internet Digital Fiscal Receipt with consignment letter complement, is postponed until July 31, following different disagreements that were made public by the transport and industrial sector.

A third issue that is being extended is the Certificate of Correct Operation and Functionality of Volumetric Controls. It remains the same until the last day of the seventh month.

Finally, the invoicing by dispatch was delayed for December 31, 2023, so while the global daily, weekly and monthly invoicing facility remains in force.
